Events by KPEP handles all levels of planning, specializing in producing multi-day celebrations and destination events that beautifully reflect the unique needs of each client and location. Events by KPEP emphasizes the importance of establishing a distinct and personal relationship with each client, to ensure the full potential of the client’s vision is realized. 

Whether it be birthday party for any age, a baby shower, or any other celebration in between, Events by KPEP strives to ensure that each and every event is the event of your dreams and more! 

Events! At Renaissance at Colony Park 

Events! at Renaissance at Colony Park is the perfect space for your more intimate and smaller parties! Whether you are throwing a birthday party, baby shower, holiday gathering or any other celebration, our new space is just the right fit for you. 

This is also a great opportunity for small business owners who are wanting to host a class like a painting class, a class on how to build a floral arrangement, or a charcuterie board class! 

Below is some basic information about the space and all that is included: 

Monday - Thursday: $150.00/hour with a 3 hour minimum 

Friday - Sunday: $200.00/hour with a 3 hour minimum

$100.00 set-up and cleaning fee 

A deposit of 50% must be made when the contract is signed; Remaining balance must be paid in full 72 hours prior to the event. 

Includes: 4 48" round tables. 4 6' rectangular tables, and 36 chairs.

Planning an event can be so exciting and just as overwhelming at the same time! Let us help you enjoy your day without all the stress. In this collection we offer our services to pick up any items you need for the day. We will pick up your cake, chick-fil-a, all decorations as well as setting them up when we arrive. This service is provided for dinner parties, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers and anything in between.
